I sell gear for myself and anyone who knows me.
Sellers set their own prices. I may advise, but if a seller wants to fish for someone willing to pay top price, that's up to them.
I take a 2% cut of every sale, with a cap of 10m. I saw some people under the belief I personally get rich by just running the bot, I do not. I take a small cut to cover the annoyance of keeping this guy online, managing inventory for my users, etc.

Synopsis
Overall incoming revenue down, but with inflation and the year we've had it's really no surprise. Thanks Obama!
Actually, we just farmed less big/desirable items this year. Didn't farm any edo amulets or colossus bracers, and overall I was much lazier this year. Sometimes I go out to restock some better stuff, sometimes I just load the bot up with newbietar crap, staves, etc, and this year was more than latter than the former.
Gnomish containers are the star seller this year, which will probably always be the case. Saw a reasonable smattering of the big pricey items selling, which paid for several prestige characters amongst our sellers group, so overall a pretty fair year.
2023 forecast
I'm actually now low on Eum and Vree stock finally, so those prices are likely to rise.
My Soapbox
All the gear sold here is obtained by running. I started this cuz we all had spare eq laying around, and who wants to auction/traffic that every day. 36 billion in profit over two years. I hope this motivates someone to go run for gear instead of farming gold, you get free gear and make WAY more money.
