What I find funny is that the majority of these are just done in the academy, right by where you practice skills - so basically totally a non-issue. Then there's 3 you have to go to the High Tower of Sorcery to learn, but, ok that's thematic at least. But overall, seems like they had a cool idea here and then went ahhhhhh who cares make it easy and dumb. Would be more fun if they put these learning locations all over the map and actually made it a questy plot thing to do. But nope.
