Notes:

• Keltas location in Moria is easily accessible and should be the primary location for Devotion.
• The Naos is just in the town section of Cursed Lands and is also safe/easy to get to.

• There is one other location in the game that appears to be related to Keltas:
  • In Ocean Keep, in the northeast corner of the woods behind the mansion, you can enter two rooms that refer to Keltas
    • Shown on the rodpedia map as purple rooms in the northeast
    • Room titles "The Homestead" and "A Table for Two"
  • Both are in Asgard Nexus, and mention Keltas, so definitely related, but to what end I have no idea.
    • Tested devotion here, no dice.
  • Seems like it is Keltas 'home' (or his Priests 'home' or spawn location) but, never seen/found anything here.
